Terenure R137 bus/bike lane is always blocked with cars. 5 cars is a new record for 5:45pm. The sign shows the lane is in operation from 7-10 and 16-19. Is there anything that can be done to #freethecyclelanes? @DublinCyclists @dublincycling @smytho @GardaTraffic https://t.co/ktViLKM19k
